Xcapital and especially Nicole T and Dan K are GREAT!
Xcaptial was a leading lender found from Zillow when my wife and I were purchasing a new home. Not only were the terms of the offer great, Dan K provided excellent service/response to my inquiry. Nicole T. was the Senior Officer who administered all of our loans details and could not have been more helpful and easier to work with. Xcapital is highly recommended and we will certainly use them if we refinance!
Amazing experience all around
I am a first time home buyer, and found myself in a bit of a rushed situation, and couldn't believe how quickly and easily Dan and his team were able to get me prequalified with a great rate. Dan and Nicole were amazing to work with. They were super responsive, and did a great job helping me through the process and explaining everything to someone like me who knew nothing about it going in, as well as always keeping me updated with what was going on. I also appreciated that Dan sent a loan estimate right from the very beginning - something no other lender or broker I reached out to did. Dan was even able to get me a lower rate than my initial pre-qualification, by going with a different lender during my loan contingency period. The whole process was seamless, closing was a breeze, and I could go on, but I would really recommend working with Dan and his team! They went above and beyond all my expectations through the whole process.
Great experience
I had a very good experience with Dan and his team. This was my first re-fi experience and Dan did a great job laying out the various options and pros and cons of each. He was very responsive at every stage of the process. Highly recommend working with Dan!
Great rates, smooth process and awesome team!
I contacted Dan to get a second quote as my primary lender got too comfortable with me and stopped shopping for the best rates for me. Dan was able to get me a much lower rate and match waiving appraisal. Once we decided to go with Dan, the cumbersome process of providing documents and information turned out to be smooth thanks to technology such as secured Dropbox and Octane, which enhanced communication too. Nicole was also amazing walking us through the process and gathering all documents from the get go to avoid last minute requests and rushes. She knows the process and her underwriters so she can anticipate their questions. Overall my wife and I are very happy with Dan and his team. I highly recommend him.

No hassle and very fast closing
I wanted cash out refinancing relatively quickly. I don't have a ton of time, so I reached out to a few lenders online, including XCapital. Many of the other lenders insisted on having full information, including SSN and some wasted a ton of time on the phone, when all I wanted were just two figures, closing cost amount and interest rate. This is all what you need to determine if a loan is good for you. Dan just that. He only asked about my home value and how much I need then sent me a quick quote which was more competitive than almost everyone else. because I wanted the cash quickly, I applied quickly abd followed through with all loan requests. We closed in just 23 days from the day I sent the application.
